I've been here just a month but it feels so much like home. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Maintenance is quick and thorough. The amenities are top notch like a 5 star resort. I feel safe having the gated entry. My guests can get in just by calling me. I moved here because I lost my husband and I had looked for over a year on where to move. I didn't know this was here only down the street where I use to live in Lexington. My granddaughter said it all, she said, "Grandma this feels like your house." I agree.

Charleston is the best Community I've ever lived in. It is super quiet, gives lots of options to the tenants. The amenities are always cleaning and working which is a huge improvement from what I am used to. My repairs have been completed quickly and the property manager has returned my requests promptly and professionally! I plan to be here awhile

Charleston was my home for the past 3 years. What a wonderful place to call home. The Charleston staff have become my second family. I love them all and they have taken great care of me and my Miley. Although, I have gotten engaged and moved out now. I know Charleston will always have a place for me if I need it. Charleston isn't just an apartment complex....It truly a place to call home. Ok Ladies, Ms Nancy is sick.....Where is that wonderful soup you have always brought me. Where else could you live where the staff takes care of you when your sick. NOWHERE! We have lived here at the Charleston for many years. There have been ups and downs but the management has worked hard to resolve any issues. We recently moved to another unit due to remodeling throughout the complex, and it is beautiful! Thank you to all the staff for doing their utmost to make the experience of living here comfortable and enjoyable. You are like family...

The staff at The Charleston is fantastic. The maintenance crew is superb!! This has been the best apartment we have ever lived in. The office staff is always cheerful and in a good mood. We are glad to call The Charleston our home.

From the very first visit, I thought that this would be an awesome place to live. I looked at several places after my visit here and nothing came close to Charleston Apartment homes. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. They did everything that a resident can ask. The maintenance staff is also first rate. Every request was taken care of on a timely manner. Parking was a problem when I first moved there, but the next year they built an additional parking area for my building. Problem solved. Like any apartment complex there will be some noise from neighbors. I had upstairs neighbors and I could hear them walking sometimes. However, there was never any loud parties going on or loud music coming from any buildings that I noticed. The people that lived there are mostly young professionals and family people. The only reason I left is because I purchased a house. I will always have fond memories of my two and a half years there.
